We request a 30% deposit at the time of reservation, this amount is also a security deposit and will be refunded in full at the end of your stay.
Payment is due upon arrival, we accept cash, Visa and Mastercard.
There is no penalty if you cancel a full seven days before your reservation date. In case of cancellation in 6 days which precede the arrival, we would make all the possible efforts to rent the apartment to the other persons. However, if it was impossible to us to rent it, we would apply a penalty equivalent to the deposit of booking.
